AceFuzzLord, do gaming w Best PS2 games?

I personally think racing games like Cartoon Network Racing and Sonic Riders are some pretty good PS2 games.

I’d suggest games like Ratchet & Clank, Jak and Daxter, Sly Cooper, etcetera, but they’re probably the first games brought up almost immediately.

As much as I love the 2nd game, my biggest gripe is that there is no way to replay missions without having to replay the game. Don’t know if there any any ways to replay them any other way, which is more annoying than anything. Other than that, definitely recommend it, alongside the first and third game.

I know the situation is different for everyone diagnosed with autism, but I like to compare AI writing as being something similar to someone with autism writing (as someone with autism). It can look kinda emotionless and robotic at times but other times it looks passable as something slightly less robotic.

AceFuzzLord, do gaming w What even is a game if you're not paying real money for "pulls"?

Only time I’ve ever spent money for in game items was back when I was doing gøøg|e surveys and a certain game had 99¢ pull ticket things. Otherwise, I’ve never done it and will never do it willingly again.

AceFuzzLord, do games w Crash Bandicoot 4, Spyro Reignited Trilogy Dev Toys For Bob Is Splitting From Activision

I don’t have the Crash remaster, so I don’t know. I also haven’t played the original Crash games before Revenge of Cortex, so I wouldn’t have any reference as to how good they are compared to the original.

Hell, I only have reference to how good the Reignited Trilogy is to Year of the Dragon since that’s the first Spyro game I ever played.

I also have never played Age of Empires, so I’ll take your word on that one.

Under normal circumstances, I’d never recommend a remake/remaster of a game, but the Reignited Trilogy is the only acception so far.

I love how in the 3rd game, it fixes the issue I have where the game will stop the music when you get close to the black portals that take you to the minigames like sections in levels. When the music would stop in the original, I never liked it as a kid because it made me feel uncomfortable. It still does.

Hell, there was one section that wasn’t even scary but still used to absolutely scare me as a kid that I didn’t even realize I already passed on the Trilogy. But when playing on an emulator before getting the trilogy, I got absolute dread at the same part. Absolutely made me feel a similar terror to when I would play as a kid. Don’t remember the level, but it’s the portal thing leading to the circular water arena area.

AceFuzzLord, do gaming w What's your love/hate game?

For a while it was Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate because I kept trying to go for 15 rounds in the endless mode to unlock a mode that I find underwhelming for how much effort I put into it.

Now it’s just the pokemon fan game Pokemon Keishou because I’m being dumb and doing my best to do a gen 9* only run and am stubborn about trying not to lose.

*my box of members who helped in major battles does have non-gen 9 mons otherwise I’d still be stuck at the beginning of the game with a level 100 starter. Also, starter isn’t gen 9 because it’s not gen 9 starters. It ain’t leaving my team either.

I completely binged a pokemon fan game last weekend (Radiant Topaz) and just couldn’t get myself to quit. Besides that, I decided to move my Pokemon Keishou (another fan game) save over to my laptop so I can play it at a much better speed than my desktop can handle.

I definitely recommend Keishou so far, and I don’t even have a single badge yet.

    AceFuzzLord, do games w Emulation

It was never released where I live, but I love using Duckstation (psx/1) to play Vib-Ribbon since I don’t have a modded ps1/2.

I absolutely love emulation. It’s a great way for anyone to play their favorite retro games or titles they’ve never played without shilling out hundreds if not thousands because of resellers that probably live in their mom’s basement and weigh 6000 pounds.

AceFuzzLord, do games w What adventure games do you recommend?

I personally enjoy Brok the Investigator, if you don’t mind beat-em-up mixed in with your story. Has multiple endings, every single area has 3 hidden collectables that act as hints in case you get stuck, and is available on console (ps4/5, xbox one and series s/x, switch) if you don’t feel like playing on PC.

You play the first chapter as a detective alligator (Brok) who has a new case to solve. Starting chapter 2, you gain access to switch between him and his cat son (Graff). Depending on your actions, you get the different endings. To make things easier on getting different endings, you can load yourself in at specific chapters, too.

Definitely recommend that and the sequel Finding Paradise if you haven’t played them or seen a playthrough.

AceFuzzLord, do gaming w Let's discuss: Slay the Spire

I suck at the game, so winning isn’t an option for me. But I really like either going poison or daggers for the skull wearing guy. I haven’t even bothered with ascension as I’m still trying to do the keys thing while beating a run with a single character.

I’d say the closest I’ve played to Slay the Spire’s “pick a path” style deck builder would be Peglin and One More Gate. Peglin is definitely a lot closer to Slay the Spire as you start off a blank slate every run (minus custom mode), whereas One More Gate is, so far, you do a run, come back to the hub area, buy/sell cards/upgrades, do another run to get slightly further.

Pretty much the only other deck builders I have are ones where you don’t get to choose where you go next and go from battle to battle without any path choices or chance based event areas (Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate and Ardor).

I also seem to end up with the same problem. I either defend too much or die attacking and it’s annoying. I can’t seem to ever find a middle ground that works. I swear all my runs I’ve run are just flukes.

AceFuzzLord, do games w New Crazy Taxi Game Will Be Live Service with a '100-Person Survival Mode'

Assuming this stuff is true, I will 100% pass on both games. 100% disappointed.
