RogerNield, rok temu angielski @ssamulczyk @cycling @rower I am very old and try to exercise everyday. Cycle or gym cycle, run, weights but not forgetting Pilates and err tai chi. Current plan is to do 5 pull-ups/chin-ups having never done one ever!
