It could be, maybe, just maybe, and here me out here, that the comic is not the absolute, actual depiction of one’s day to the second, just a generalism to get through the point. Which can be done through not too dense heads which are able to do a bit of imagination and not taking a comic literally. Geez.
I remember playing them as crazy as a kid, the first had a extremely 90s UI, and the mini map was just a normal map scanned in and then zoomed and scrolled as you drove around.
The second one had better maps, but still weird bugs, you could drive up the side of a building and accellerate, when on the roof you would drive out in the air and just park floating next to the building.
Xcom: Enemy Within, Long War mod. Firaxis made a masterpiece of a series with Xcom and Xcom 2, and I’m finally delving into the Long War mod made by Pavonis Interactive, and it just adds so much refinement to the game.
And I’m working on finally getting save scumming out of my system, once and for all lol. Its long past time I stopped being a scrub and got good.
I’m currently playing ultimate ninja 5. As a kid I never unlocked the yellow flash so finally came back to it and cleared master mode. Love the specials in these games, so cinematic
WoW classic season of discovery! It’s my first time playing classic and I’ve been having a lot of fun. Just hit 25 the other day and starting world PVP, so much fun at these low levels.
Fallout 4. After the disappointment that was Starfield, I had a hankering for a Bethesda style game and while not perfect Fallout 4 is just miles ahead and is still a lot of fun today.
It’s a great game but that’s indeed one big issue of the game. Most of the game is pretty lenient when it comes to difficulty, but there are a few bosses that come with pretty enormous difficulty spikes. I’d recommend looking up how to power-level when you reach those sections.
I was playing Laika for a bit. The difficulty is pretty brutal - one of the harder games I’ve played in awhile. Like, you can randomly die from basic movement mechanics if you’re not paying attention. I wasn’t having fun anymore, so I had to drop it.
Moved on to Going Under, and that’s a lot more my speed
I’m absolutely smitten with Cobalt Core. It’s been called “FTL meets Slay the Spire,” but I’d say it’s more the former than the latter (which works for me, I liked FTL a lot more). There’s also a dash of Hades-style storytelling. This won’t have the legs StS can have for the deckbuilding nerds, but I’m having a blast with it.
The writing cracks me up, the soundtrack is phenomenal, and the strategy is keeping me engaged. Also, must protect Riggs at all costs. 💜
