Nemesis and Dead Cells are the board games doing that for me right now. Nemesis is semi cooperative, but there are full co-op objectives if you don’t wanna play versus. Dead Cells is completely co-op. Both have resulted in good stories and experiences that stay with you after the game is done in my friend group.
Super Metroid because it’s amazing, and Castlevania Symphony of the Night for the same reason. I may be biased because those are two of my favorites ever but I swear they legit hold up.
I don’t know how much is truly infinitely replayable outside of tetris, but for what it’s worth I have 250 hours into dead cells and I still haven’t beaten 5 cells or even reached the final biome. You’ll definitely get replay value out of it, the game is fantastic.
Replaying Control again, having a hard time trying to pass a level of the Foundation, so I’m progressing in the story right now and I’ll go back to it later
I’ve been playing the Star Ocean 2 remake, I’m nearly through it. It’s been a lot of fun, definitely worth picking up if you have any nostalgia for the game!
