I’m optimistic, Yooka Laylee and the impossible lair was a very nice platformer so I would hope with more experience and budget they can make the original game much better. Still weird that they’re opting for a remake and not a sequel though.

Dragon age inquisition is pretty well received from what I’ve seen. It wasn’t amazing but I don’t think the series is as dead as you might think.

• 8 new weapon types
• 100+ new weapons
• There’s new types of progression where you can find items that make you stronger but only in the DLC.
• The first area of the DLC is as big as Limgrave
• People got to see the first 2 legacy dungeons, say they’re really good and there’s lots of secrets.
• The consensus is that it’s more Elden Ring. Overall people are stoked.

I was thinking more about how people can spam throwing weapons with zero mana cost. Pvp is definitely going to be interesting… But we’ll wait and see, maybe they’re not as powerful as they look.
