The PS 5 price was very reasonable, considering how expensive it was to build a PC at that time, now the PS5 Pro is a completely different beast and I do agree it makes very little sense.
Actually this is what I liked about the Witcher 3 is that the side quests were really great. Of course there were generic ones that felt like doing chores but a surprisingly big amount of quests were actually unique with great stories.
This for me was the best thing about the game. Combat was kind of meh, especially the oils, etc. but the world was very well crafted and not only the main story but also a big chunk of side quests were really engaging.
The only reason why other game studios are opening offices in Poland is because CDPR had created and cultivated the human talent of many game Devs in the country, plus Polish workers should be a lot cheaper compared to West Europe and the US.
The question is when the US government is going to take any measures against them.
Apple is not that strong in the EU but I think in the US it controls more than 50% of the market and your authorities are simply closing their eyes in front of their anti competitive practices.
Yes, the game story is Okay, the side quests are repetitive and not very fun, but the combat mechanics and how beautiful the game is makes the whole experience much better.
