I’m gonna go with one from 2012 itself and say Torchlight II. I just don’t understand why other ARPGs aren’t copying the “pet to town” system so I can stay in the zone rather than spending forever sorting my inventory. It’s not perfect but imo it’s still the best that genre’s ever seen.
My brain autocorrected the typo in the image but I caught it before reading the comments, then it auto"corrected" the top comment to match the fix for the post, but this time I didn’t catch it til you pointed it out.
“But, we chased all the trends, even if they were incongruous with the property! Why don’t people want our game Uncle Phil? Oh well, time to go bury it, maybe we can get a tax write off for this like the Batgirl movie.”
Alternatively: “We’ve changed nothing after all the negative feedback, and we’re all out of ideas.”
