SARGE, do games w Palworld confirms ‘disappointing’ game changes forced by Pokémon lawsuit

I’m sure they will.

And as long as none of them try profiting off it, Nintendo has no leg to stand on with their usual C&D bullshit.

The spectacle of it would certainly boost sales for a little bit. How much and whether it covers the development time, who knows.

I’d do it on principle alone, but I’m a petty bitch.

Nintendo can sue me any day, I’m out here making RC hang gliders and making tiny 3 second games where the only purpose is to pull out a glider and put it away instantly.

It’s the capitalism way.

“The company with the best, cheapest product will come out on top… Unless the shittier company has more money and lawyers and then they sue everyone else into the ground for even attempting to break into the market.”

Shit like this is why I haven’t bought a Nintendo product in many years.

They might think it’s keeping their profits up, but it’s hurting their business, as a lot more people than me feel the exact same way.

SARGE, do games w Ubisoft says you "cannot complain" it shut down The Crew because you never actually owned it, and you weren't "deceived" by the lack of an offline version

I got it on one of those giveaways that steam/epic/gog sometimes do, so I never even gave them money over it and I still want my money back.

SARGE, do gaming w What's your "this is totally fine and I'm going to have a great time" FPS (refresh rate). ?
@SARGE@startrek.website avatar

Depends on what I’m playing.

I can comfortably play some games down to 12fps ±3ish, if it isn’t something that’s fast paced.

I have yet to play anything where I’m skilled enough for higher than 30fps to matter response-wise, and while I can notice the difference between 60fps and 240fps on my monitor, I gotta say it doesn’t do much for me.

Maybe I just don’t know what to look for, what I’m missing, or how to set up my laptop right, but who knows. My eyes could be stuck on 720p for all I know.

Yeah, my dogs will be gone by then so I would absolutely set up a tent close enough to catch it. I’d even bring a baseball glove for shits and giggles.

SARGE, do gaming w I'm just mad at my poor performance

The first time I played that I was at the tail end of a marathon session from hyperfixating on the game.

I quit playing for a week because the cutscenes.

And of course beat it first try with no warm up when I came back…

Okay here’s the plan.

I gonna slam the door open, run straight in, and attack with the most basic of attacks I can think of.

It’s foolproof.

My favorite part of control is how they go into juuuuuuust a little bit of explaining how things work in a science way, and sometimes you can almost feel how things are connected, and then it’s like “Yeah we have no fucking clue how any of this actually works, we’re just trying to keep it all from destroying the universe and keeping notes along the way.”

And then you meet the next thing that almost makes sense. Until it doesn’t.

I don’t remember if I ever finished AW but I do believe I have the disk around here somewhere. The control dlc definitely rekindled my interest.
