FO4 settlement mechanism is amazing. It’s literally a 1st person city builder. I can’t think of any game similar to that yet.

The survival-based mechanism somewhat reminds me of This war of mine, though it seems to differ a lot in terms of storyline/graphics.

I think such games are very valuable ways to better understand the consequences of wars, which is especially relevant in the past few years.

They might be talking about Hard Drive, which often goes on sale at 200$ for 10TB or 160$ for 8TB (and so on). SSDs are obviously more expensive.
