Buying a steam deck significantly increased by gaming time. The ability to immediately suspend and resume my gameplay, and not have to go over to my desktop helped a lot. I’ve played more this past year than I have in the last 3 years combined.
I just bought Brotato for like $3.74, because I just finished 100%ing Vampire Survivors on my Steam Deck.
Mandatory you should own Stardew Valley by now, and his big v1.6 update finally comes out next week.
Hades is on sale for like $12.50. It’s on sale for $12.50 more than it’s not on sale, really.
Red Dead redemption 2 and two spider man games are also on sale.
Really, it’s a steam sale. Just buy everything that’s at least 40% off till you’re broke. My backlog is probably already bigger than I have years left.
Thanks. I looked into it to see if it’s playable on the Steam Deck, since a lot of online games aren’t due to anti cheat software. Looks like it is playable, so I’ll see how people like playing it on the steam deck and see about picking it up.
I’ll only buy digital games if I get them at garbage bin sale prices. If I can’t sell it when I’m done, I’ll only pay an amount small enough that I wouldn’t go through the trouble of selling it.
I don’t even care. All the kids crying for an iPhone so their texts show up the “right” color don’t deserve to play fortnite. Iphone gained such a large market share that there’s very little higher end competition left amongst android phones. If the market weren’t so lopsided, maybe we’d get options beside a Samsung s line or an Asus rog. I don’t want to give up my micro sd card slot or battery access.
I thought it was just supposed to be three releases. That get massively upped? I’ll probably never mess with playing it, then. I’ll just play the ps1 version rom with the graphics upscaled on my steam deck and call it good.
No one is talking about how good the games are, here. Just how they looked. Mario is Missing was a shit game, but the graphics and art style still look absolutely fine and dandy to play. Same for Ren & Stimpy and any of the other games on your list I recognize. The games were bad, but not the looks. Hence why people absolutely love a pixel art fame like Stardew Valley or Terraria but no one is playing games that look like WWF Smackdown! For PS1.
Big move it’s it’s allowable to be used for any game dev that wants to make the vr set compatible with their game. Crap move if Sony charges to allow devs for compatibility or it’s only compatible with Sony owned games.
