Yeah I kinda get that. I’ve had a couple of those walls. But I think if you purposely try to pick rooms that you’ve not had, even if it seems bad or not useful things might start to piece together more. A lot of things can be useful in ways you might not expect. I think I’ve maybe had 1 or 2 runs where I truly learned nothing. Every other run has had some sort of knowledge or permanent progress. Also some rooms only appear on certain edges of the house. I’ve found some of the important profession related ones that way.
But yeah it’s a game you gotta treat as much as a roguelite as you do a puzzle game. And it unfortunately isn’t for everyone
Steam deck is good! And if your Internet is good, any device that can do moonlight streaming.
I have my steam deck plugged into my TV in my living room. I’m all hardwired and can use moonlight to stream my PC to my steam deck with no noticeable latency. I’m usually very picky about input lag / latency and I legitimately cannot notice it. Moonlight/sunlight is wayyyy better than steam remote play imo. And for indie games that the steam deck can run well, I can play natively from that. I hardly ever play at my desk anymore
Yuzu is dead and not getting updates, and it’s forks aren’t really much more active. It will not be able to run switch 2 games.
It’s totally fine to think the steam deck is a better value (though these will also be going up in price) but if you want to play switch 2 games the steam deck will not be the solution
I get its a recency and public vote thing but KCD2 being on here is … A choice. Not saying it’s bad but most influencial? Over GTA? Mario 64? Half life 2? Lol
Yeah the pricing is wild. The console is a fine price, and I don’t mind the paid upgrades that add content. Other games are getting free upgrades they confirmed later.
But charging for the welcome tour is madness. And $80 digital for Mario kart is insane. At least dk is $70 digital so like I hope most games aren’t $80 but Jesus. And like $70 is a lot too don’t get me wrong but that’s what it’s been the past couple years so I’m not surprised at that number
