The pic shows the clip that holds the roll-top, a briefcase style carry handle, the mechanism that the handle pulls on to release the bag from the bike, and how it adjusts to different racks. The panniers are Ortlieb Back-Roller XL Plus ones, I think. Had them for a few months, and they're pretty nice.
