It only exists so they don’t have to give steam their cut. They don’t have much incentive to do anything else as long as they know they have exclusives locked down like Fortnite that bring in the cash
Which indies did you discover and would love more people to know about? I’ll start: The Pale Beyond. Not sure if it’s a hidden gem tbh, but it’s such a good story rich game. I laughed, I cried and felt the characters struggles. If you like story rich games/ choices matter, check it out.
I remember being so excited for lob because I thought if it as least half as good as BOI Id be happy. It wasn’t. Upon arrival even a lot of basic sounds we’re missing? Might be better now idk it’s been forever since I checked
