Another article that highlighs inherent flaws in the American legal system. How can this potentially be an actual lawsuit? How can “journalists” even entertain reporting on this?...
“Those of you who volunteered to be injected with preying mantis DNA, I’ve got some good news and some bad news. Bad news is we’re postponing those tests indefinitely. Good news is we’ve got a much better test for you: fighting an army of mantis men. Pick up a rifle and follow the yellow line. You’ll know when the test starts.”
I would actually consider getting one if that were the case. But no console maker will ever do that again - too many suckers willing to pay. Sony at least lets you play F2P games online without a sub.
This really does not sound healthy. The game is released, for a certain amount of money. If people don’t like what they get for their money, they simply should not buy it....
Rogue Legacy 2 was a standout example for me. I was happy to support the developer while they worked on the game, and all progress carried over to the finished product. Granted, roguelikes in particular are really well suited for EA because they’re meant to be played over and over with no real end.
“Mario will be able to fly, using a racoon tail as a propeller. Trust us. We’ll tell you everything as soon as we can. Keep reading Nintendo Power for the latest.”
At the time, I pictured him wearing a coonskin cap and flying that way.
Yeah, Jimmy got the one in the first fortress. Savant or not, it never made sense to me he they knew there was one there right away, since he’d never played the game before.
I read all the time that TotK has terrible performance, but i never noticed in all the time I played it. I guess growing up playing on old pc hardware made me tolerate shitty framerates.
“Lateral thinking with withered technology.” Nintendo gave up on competing technologically with its competitors after the GameCube, and it proved to be a good decision.
I used the 360 as my main console back in the day because it was getting all the good games and multiplats usually ran better on it. I got a PS3 in late 2009 when the price dropped and it started getting worthwhile exclusives. When Microsoft tried to pull that always online crap with the One, they lost me forever. Since all of their games are on PC day one, there’s even less reason for me to get one.
