Real Fortnite players only buy skins from emotionally-stunted Twitch streamers…

and often is incapable of completing basic tasks a truck is expected to do without great difficulty or some weird quirk.

…such as?

When I think of a truck, I think of a bed in the back where you can haul stuff from Home Depot.

You mean…like the Cybertruck has? Did you really think it didn’t have a bed?

Yeah no.

  • EA game should be reason enough not to buy this game.
  • Requires EA launcher
  • Requires EA DRM
  • Requires linked EA account
  • No offline mode, even for single player

You couldn’t pay me to play this game. If you buy this game, you forfeit the right to ever complain about this bullshit because you’re actively encouraging it.

I think it’s much better to directly bring concerns to the companies that are causing the issue

We have. Unsurprisingly, they’ve made it abundantly clear that they don’t care.

The “buy” button (or any similar verbiage) needs to go away (unless the provider intends for it to be available forever) and replaced with “rent for x years”.

I just got invited to a Steam Family and got a couple hundred new games so…a lot!

Lonely Mountains Downhill not a big fan of this one.

Elden Ring - only for a few minutes but excited to start this one.

Dead Space - played quite a bit of this one. Controls and vantage points are frustrating but it runs using about the same amount of energy as Hollow Knight on Steam Deck (~8W), which is quite impressive.

My Friend Pedro - Also a REALLY good and fun game with frustrating controls. Kinda like a modern side-scrolling Max Payne.

Doom + Doom II - I think I bought this a long time ago as a DOOM “package” or whatever you call the sets on Steam. I can’t do it LOL it’s just bad. The new music tracks are excellent though.

Deadpool - Absolutely excellent 10/10 fun game to play but you can’t buy it anymore. I’m sure you can pirate it somewhere.

Never claimed they were

I think it’s pretty clear you were implying they were somehow related when they’re clearly not.

DMA is an extension of GDPR.

No it is not.

A bit hypocritical given you’ve been the one using “coincidence” as a source.

I don’t think you understand the meaning of “hypocritical”.

you can’t go around spouting “facts” because you find the timing too coincidental.

I never said it was a “fact”. Just an incredibly obvious observation.

there is not any documented proof for what you are saying

Nor is there any for what you’re saying. Proof for either doesn’t exist but only an irrational person is going to look at the correlation staring you in the face and say it’s a coincidence (which is in fact what you’re doing, BTW).

I don’t need a link to the DMA. I’ve known about it since before it existed. If you think it is coincidence that it was created shortly after the Epic v Apple lawsuit while addressing the exact same problem, your logic has failed you. Still waiting on your source.

My source is basic logic and reason, what’s yours?

There’s absolutely no way it is a coincidence and unrelated. Epic drew attention to it. EU followed through.
