Today’s game is No Man’s Sky (Also the first repeat game). This is my Ship that is stuck on fire. No clue why. It was damaged, and after I repaired it the fire wouldn’t go out. It works fine and all systems are operating perfectly. So I guess I just have a ship that’s on fire now
I also somehow managed to get a ship externally normal and internally an alien ship. Unsure how, but it was just after the custom ship update (I didn’t customise the ship, it just spawned like it)
Being the most favorable game market does not mean “there is no competition”. It’s just the competition is doing it wrong so everyone flocks to what they like or have stuck with.
my local one closed recently. Looks like they were carrying tons of preowned, and new games etc. But had a large section for board games, trading card games. At one point had warhammer.
Seems they tried to branch out and failed. iirc they said they’re no longer accepting trade ins?

I cant seem to get rid of the high rent tags on my residential and industrial sectors. For residential Ive tried adding low cost housing but i dont know what to try with industrial....
Have you raised taxes? How is your demand for those sectors? I have found if you have high demand and aren’t building, it pushes up the rent for them instead - more demand = increased rent. Low cost equivalent won’t make a difference if the demand is for say low density instead.
If I recall correctly this is also the “trick” to get demand increasing for medium and high density. If low remains high rent / in huge demand, eventually it prices a lot out and they start demanding medium or high instead
Yeah I meant just taxes generally for residential etc. You have lowered them, which should alleviate some amount of it.
Rent goes up due to demand and how “nice” the area is, access to healthcare etc. You should be able to drop rent simply by building more of that density residential. The same with just building more industrial

during character creation you select skill points, traits, a name, body type, gender etc. And a pronoun. Its literally just a menu choice in character creation.
The only impact to the game is being referred to by your chosen pronoun.

Unfortunately I don’t think itll make a difference to whether people buy the games or not. Itll tank performance but itll be in games that people buy regardless of performance. IE Pokemon at launch was in an awful state and still sold like hotcakes
