It’s because MMOs were sold as subscriptions (most of the time) so they’re legally covered in being allowed to end their service. The crew however was sold as a full game with no subscription. They didn’t make it clear that the game could cease to exist even though you paid for it outright.
Sadly, I feel like a lawsuit line this won’t have the benefit we’re all hoping for (open sourcing on closure of services) but will instead just make all subsequent games free-to-play, which would make them more exempt to the same scrutiny. And we’re already seemingly heading that way too, warts and all.
If you’re the kind of person to be able to play a lot of games. Which i imagine your are if you were playing 6 prior. Okay the OG 7 before remake. You’ll get more out of remake if you do. Especially if you consume the other 7 media like crisis core and advent children.
The combat in the dlc is much more refined and felt like a sign of what’s to come in rebirth. It’s very fun mechanic wise, it actually makes the main game harder to play haha
Oh yeah absolutely. And i was now saying that the projections on the ground are probably easier to code than having to deal with the projections going on weird terrain. Basically they’re just going the easy route I think ;p
As a big fan of the old FFs I really enjoy the new ATB and hack and slash combat. 16 is fun and I think 7R is a great middle ground as well as being a true extension of the classic ATB stuff.
I don’t think you need a team to figure out what makes a good first impression for a game. Especially if you are a gamer yourself and see a lot of trailers for other games. I know I could look elsewhere for more info I’m just saying that the video got such a buzz that it started to pop up in feeds without any context. It does nothing to make anyone want to look elsewhere for that info.
Saw the trailer on YouTube but it was shit. Instead of telling me what it is it just shows a few corridors? Like it’s it just a walking simulator in portal? If not, then why that trailer.
funnily enough I first found out about this game and started playing it literally days before the announcement of the remaster. I’ll stick with the DS version when I continue it cause I prefer the stylus for this kind of game but I’m very glad others will get to enjoy this game regardless of their ownership of a DS.
