Despite healing well, I am taking it easy. It still feels weird on the ribs and I’m always doing hard stuff way too early. Not this time. An easy #family ride to the #sea and back…🤷🏻♂️
After a month of #BrokenRib, I’ve had enough resting. At least I think so.
Went for a #bicycle ride for the first time. There has been no discomfort, maybe during a dismount when I touched ground with the left leg it pulled a tiny bit.

Final day 3 of #R10#Baltic#sea#gravel#BikePacking. The last stage was 118km from #Smołdzino to #Władysławowo. The morale was ok, the legs held on but the sun was shining strong and we are heavily sunburnt…💀🫣 Fortunately, we’re now in the train back to #Poznan!🥰
Day 2 of #R10#Baltic#sea side #gravel route. Today we’ve done 150km #bicycle ride from #UstronieMorskie to #Smoldzino. It was again against the wind, but somehow we’ve went even faster. The legs are good, the forecast is nice for tomorrow, so hoping for the best!🥹
An early wake up, quick ride to a #Poznan train station to start our #gravel#R10#Baltic#sea trip. Day 1 - 118km from #Swinoujscie to #UstronieMorskie. All against the wind with no hope for improvement tomorrow. But it’s all fine…😁🫣🥹
