I guess this isn’t a bad setting for a survival game. Didn’t see anything that made this look especially interesting aside from the setting. I hope it’s good
Unfortunately I don’t think itll make a difference to whether people buy the games or not. Itll tank performance but itll be in games that people buy regardless of performance. IE Pokemon at launch was in an awful state and still sold like hotcakes
Worst part is Denuvo has been shown over and over again to actually cause issue with game performance. The switch already reaching its limits so this just make thing worse.
Video game historians 50 years later will scratch their heads everytime the word ‘DENUVO’ is inside thr readme. I hope they have more efficient methods to bypass today’s bs then.
This is really weird. You can already remote play on a ton of devices including phones. You can get a phone controller for under $100 and it looks almost the same. Hell, PlayStation even has an official phone dock controller already.
The Portal is a nice idea but I think it’s destined to be a niche product with such limited functionality at $199. It’s really weird they’re not offering access to cloud gaming, feels like this should be a no-brainer, even if to boost the features offered by the product.
Unless you’re a game by Bethesda, most people (and most reviewers) are going to assess you at release. If the release is shit, they’re going to stop playing and forget about the game. A patch 12 weeks later won’t help, because everyone has moved on.
These devs have had to work through a full scale invasion of their country. The fact that the game is making progress towards a release at all at this point is borderline miraculous.
