Hyrule Warriors Legends and Mario Kart 8 had DLC that doubled the content and didn’t cost that much. I probably played more DLC then the main game for both.
Red Dead Redemption's Undead Nightmare was excellent.
I quite like most of the The Binding of Isaac DLC (although sometimes they're a bit too big, to be honest).
The Vietnam DLC for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 was also rather good. I didn't get to play as much of it as I might have liked but I remember it being more than just a resin.
Bonus: Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge (an expansion pack rather than DLC admittedly)
Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon’s Keep as part of Borderlands 2 was so fun at the time - all of the BL2 DLC was good honestly. Haven’t played it in years though.
Finished Final Fantasy XVI. I liked the story. The gameplay tho was serviceable at best and started getting really boring for the last 20 hours.
Started Persona 3 Reload. Played FES a few years ago and loved it. I like the new additions like Linked Episodes and the fully voiced Social Links. I kinda wish the combat kept the “tactics” from the PS2 games, but instead it’s just P5’s with a few things from SMTV. Also some of the cutscenes are a downgrade from the original, as I think they based them on the Portable version.
I think mass effect is a clear contender, the ending to mass effect 2 was a bit meh, and then it really hit the fan with mass effect 3 and for those who didn’t get message, they also made mass effect andromeda.
I mean it’s just a cheap PR ploy anyway. Companies are not your friends. They are just as much dependent on payment processors like Mastercard as Steam and Itch. They probably just don’t matter enough to get notice.
For me Just Cause 4 is the worst one for too many reasons to list. Also, I'm still not sure about Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, but that could have a lot to do with not being ready to play a middle aged, yolked Henry lol
(Edit: Oh and Sniper Elite 6 seems like a contender too. Although SE5 was very poorly received at the beginning until they fixed the issues and then it turned into one of the most awesome games ever so who knows...)
yes! the old Nintendo World Championships! various pokemon and smash bros tournaments, and will be going to my first EVO this year!
it’s fun as long as you’re passionate about it and don’t fret too much about winning or losing. just have fun with other ppl who also enjoy this hobby and try to learn and keep growing!
Red Candle Games said that “in the aftermath of the incident, some still possess different speculations about Devotion. As regretful as the incident was, we have to bear its full consequence.
I don’t know if this was an honest mistake, but… 😂
Renegade on the ZX Spectrum was good, the sequel Target: Renegade was one of my favourite games for years, but the third game was a cynical cash grab, badly executed, barely playable.
