Mind that this is different from pausing the game. The OS is suspending the game state into the disk, so it’s more similar to emulator snapshots functionality.
I have an Xbox Series S for my little one and Direct Resume is such a nice QoL feature. Having 8 games always ready and only takes 3 seconds to resume even after you turned off and unplug the console is very useful. There’s some games on my handheld PC I didn’t bother playing since launching it can take a long time.
I respectfully disagree. AMD basically said that they survived the Bulldozer debacle because of Sony and Microsoft ordering their APUs. The custom designs also have trickled down with AMD making iGPU that are desktop levels now (8060S).
Yep, they should have just put the yearly changes on something like a season pass and timed the major release with the regulation changes to match the simulation engine development.
Institutional knowledge is a real thing and also like you said, the first KSP started as a passion project. There’s a huge difference in terms of pressure and expectation between developing your own passion project compared to developing a sequel of a highly regarded game.
Don’t worry, we’ll find another part that’s going to be broken instead. TBH it already happened to my friend’s Gullikit controller, his shoulder and trigger buttons are already broken, but not his analog stick.
I don’t know why they priced it 60 dollars in the US. But Space Marine 2 has a really generous regional pricing. Converted to USD it’s around 30 bucks to get Space Marine 2 and with the current sale it’s around 22 bucks to get it. At that prices it’s quite worth it in my opinion.
The price tag exists solely to drive people to subscribe for Game Pass. With the kind of content the game offering, it’s a perfectly good 40 dollar game, not a 70 dollar one. A good spin-off to the PoE franchise while still moving the world forward.
Although it’s very dangerous to play the game if you had mental illness history. Playing the game triggered a psychosis episode for my friend who was admitted to a psychiatric hospital.
