I love these encouragements. Yes,by all means, play it during a free flight event and see what a POS tech demo it is. Good luck completing a single mission without dying to endless bugs or having top notch hardware to even hope of it being a fairly decent experience.
In the year 2024 CIG doesn’t even know what FSR 1 is. They’ve been promising Vulkan for years now. Even single indie dev games have it to some extent.
The answer in pretty easy: release the server component, even if it’s closed source, for people to be able to self host,or use hosting services. That would be the nice way out of this, but seems they would rather be dicks about it.
Can you own more than 6 lousy ships now? Not that I am still playing the game, but IT was the only fun thing left to do for me last time I tried getting back into this game.
Joined the closed beta yesterday and the game seems very nice, however I’m not sure how the step counter works. In Statistics,at least , they are way off,by thousands of steps.
That’s just sad. I invested so much time grinding my way through this game and engineering my 6 ships and getting a fleet carrier only to be ultimately disappointed by the lack of content and lackluster updates.
It saddens me that I now have to look forward to that mess of a tech demo called Star Citizen, but I’ve already burned my money on that too, so I’m only left with a dream.
Even though I agree for the most part about Cyberpunk,I did finish it ,but skipped parts of story by doing the worse ending. I intend to start a new game after Phantom Liberty dlc comes out just cause I’m curious about the improvements.
Starfield… Now I never liked Bethesda games and could never finish most. I did finish FO4,but was very very bored by the end and rushed it. Starfield is just so bland and has so many mixed ideas and mechanics from other games it just feels like it can’t make up its mind what it wants to be. And the combat… Cyberpunk feels like a combat masterpiece compared to Starfield and Star Citizen the same (despite all issues) for the space part. Starfield just can’t draw me in.
