Same here. In fact the hype is the reason why it didn’t do well imo. It’s a fine game, nothing too wrong or bad about it, but they hype definitely killed. IGN kept advertising it as “Fallout in space” and “the Bethesda Killer,” and look where we ended up.
It updated for me overnight. When it was fine I hoped back on to play some more, and it seemed to be this update. V to pick up and throw pals, which they added a reticle for. I also noticed that pals will reset themselves (respawn back by the box) if they get particularly stuck on something
Why even waste your time making this post if you don’t actually want anyone to debate you? In your post, and in a couple comments, you say you can’t/won’t be dissuaded from your opinion; so literally why waste your energy making this post (or any of your other bullshit ones, for that matter)?
Why is there such a hate-on for this movie? Like goddamn. Sure it wasn’t anything spectacular or groundbreaking (compared to the first one), but it’s a goddamn treat to look at and it’s fun to watch.

I felt the same way about the first Horizon game. I was playing on normal, barely making any progress because A) I couldn’t be assed to care about any of the characters, and B) the combat was really finicky.
I mean, I get it you’re fighting giant killer machines with a bow and arrow, but still. I had a way more enjoyable time when I turned the difficulty down and got a couple mods (just ammo and carry capacity upgrades so I didn’t have to stop to collect resources after every single fight).
