If someone doesn’t like it, that’s fine. Just really weird behavior to try and correct a meme. Like… I don’t get it. Just feels like some narcissistic “Well I didn’t like it, no one else is allowed to either” type bullshit. This type of behavior is also insanely common across Lemmy. Most of my meme posts have people doing this shit. I had to put a reminder on one of my posts a while ago to remind people that it was a meme because they were getting so bitter in the comments.
World of Warships. Started jumping back into that recently. I dunno why but it’s weirdly peaceful and relaxing for me to play. Might be because I grew up sailing on the ocean due to living on an island.
I do have Alan Wake 2 that I really need to play but I’m also playing Control and Alan Wake 1 at the same time to prepare for AW2. It’s… a lot. But Control I’ve played a half dozen times and will always love. Alan Wake 1 I’ve never actually played but after learning of the shared world in Control I have been meaning to get around to it. Enjoyable so far but I’m barely into it.
Then there’s also God of War Valhalla on the side. Always fun as fuck. Free DLC too. What’s not to love?
Wait, really? I never had that issue personally. I just kept forgetting to check my surroundings. I’d targetfocus and then forget that there was either other enemies heading straight for me or wouldn’t check the map and would crash into an ally.
I’d agree if they didn’t release a new DLC every two weeks after dropping season passes. There’s a difference between taking advantage of a sustainable business model and then being a money grubby shitbag of a company.
Also, a better sustainable business model would be to develop full games that people can enjoy over a longer period of time instead of needing to constantly tempt them back with new drops that arguably should have been part of the game from the beginning.
I have no idea what happened with the development of that game in any fashion. I just bought it and like what I played. I never looked into it because I figured most of it was going to be Paradox being Paradox.
I love Paradox games so much but my god yes. After Stellaris I vowed to never buy one of their games again. It INFURIATED me that they had a thing you could buy that was specifically for all the DLC and then released more DLC and didn’t include it in that first pack. Made you buy them all individual or to buy a Season Pass which wasn’t mentioned or noted or even suggested would be happening.
Pricks.
Which sucks so much because Surviving Mars is one of my favorite games of all time.
