PlayStation 4 system update out now

Alongside todays large PlayStation 5 system software update Sony has also released an update for the PlayStation 4.

While not as extensive as the PS5 update the PS4 does get some new features.

You can sign into your account on your PS4 without a password with PS App just like for PS5.

You can now see emoji reactions to messages.

We’ve improved the messages and usability on some screens.

The update is just under 500MB.
