The PlayStation 5 "Slim" model has become one of the worst-kept secrets of the year, as we already managed to get a look at the console before its official reveal. A reveal that is likely getting closer as more parts of the new system are getting showcased online.

A couple of days back, @MTown0411 shared a couple of pictures of what is reportedly the new model's cooling fan, comparing it with the current model's fan in one of them on X/Twitter. The differences between the two fans are minimal in size, confirming that the new PlayStation 5 revision isn't much slimmer than the current model. Interestingly enough, the fan is also available for purchase already.
