Nice list of games. How are you liking System Shock remake? I have played Bioshock, so wanted to try System Shock too, but never got around to it.

What class are you using in BG 3?

I have only played 7, 9, 12, 13 and 15. I reached around level 20-25 in FF 14, but that isn’t even halfway into base game, so not counting that. I dropped it because of the huge time sink it is.

As for older ones, while I don’t mind retro games, they feel a bit too retro. How would you say those older games are, if you don’t have any nostalgia for it?

Thankfully I have very short memory, and I played BOTW on launch, so didn’t had any issue with that. Maybe you should take a break, and come back to it later?

Well, whatever new Paper Mario we get, it will be on Switch 2. Let’s see what they do that with it.

Mirror’s Edged is that parkour game, right? Where you are running around on rooftops?

Yeah, reminds me a bit of Fez. If we need to decipher the language, it would most probably be just substitution cipher on English, otherwise the game might become too complex, unless we just have to decipher a limited set of words.

I have been hearing great things about it. And the fact that they were able to launch day 1 on both PS+ and Gamepass was probably a big win for them.

Hope they earned a good amount from those deals.

Nice. So not a perfect game. There are bugs and some parts may not be as great, but overall a very good Bethesda experience.

Yeah, I read and watched some reviews, and I am very happy.

I think the gist of it is, that it’s a new Bethesda IP, it’s not Elder Scrolls, and it’s not Fall out. It doesn’t play exactly like those games. Looking forward to playing it whenever I get my Xbox 😀

Basically, he is saying nothing can beat free-to-play games like Genshin and Roblox, which are earning tons through micro transactions. As for the quote in title, the second part says if you fail it will also lead to fewer games funded in genre.

He also says:

In other words, as a gamer (specially if you don’t play those free-to-play games), there is nothing you can do.
