simple,

Really excited for this one. I haven’t played that much Jet Set Radio but I’ve been itching for a game like that for a while.

simple,

Oh god no, I never expected to see this cartoon ever again

simple,

I agree, posts like this are more of a heads up. It was nice of MS to support Xbox 360 for this long anyways, it’s almost 18 years old now.

simple,

From the article:

If you already own a bunch of Xbox 360 digital games, they’ll continue to be playable. You just won’t be able to purchase new games or DLC from an Xbox 360 console.

simple,

Xenia has gotten really good. A friend of mine played through Red Dead Redemption on it without issues. You still need a good CPU, though.

simple,

Nice, they’re about what I expected and are almost the exact same as Elden Ring’s requirements.

There’s !giftofgaming but I’m pretty sure people won’t mind if you post it here* too.

simple,

Hopefully what’s on the disk could be salvaged from a computer shop or something. 4tb SSD though… Ouch.

simple,

Is there a “The” in the title or not?!

Anyways, it looks pretty good. The gameplay has some jank to it but I’m hopeful.

simple,

I second this, it’s what OP is asking for. Word of warning though: this game is hard as hell. It reached a point where I’d spend 2 hours on a level, realize I messed up and can’t salvage this, and gave up. I never got really far.

simple,

I wouldn’t expect that to last long though, a lot of reviewers still haven’t played enough of it to give it a rating so right now the sample size is pretty small. Even IGN hasn’t submitted their review yet, and usually they’re early. The game is just really big.

simple,

What I’d do for a Wipeout Omega Collection PC port…

This is super cool, though

simple,

It is indeed Wasm, it’s become the standard for games on the browser unless the game is made in javascript (which would run poorly)

simple,

I’ve been aware of it for a while but never got around to playing it, thanks for the reminder!

simple,

A stanley parable speedrun? I had no idea that was even a thing.

simple,

Slay the Spire and Monster Train are great singleplayer card games that can be played with just the mouse.

Pretty much any turn based RPG is on the table, I can easily recommend Octopath Traveler 2.

You can also play story-driven games like Telltale games and Pheonix Wright, those are pretty fun.

simple,

50,000 reviews now. It’s a shame, I used to play OW1 a lot even after they stopped providing new content for it. Came to OW2 and I just couldn’t be arsed to grind for characters I don’t have unlocked. You need to win 35 games, and since there’s a basically forced 50% winrate that means you need to play 70 games to unlock a character each time. Wanted to play Ramattra, saw he’s locked, uninstalled and didn’t look back. The monetization is terrible. The balance feels worse than it’s ever been.

This wouldn’t be such a problem if they didn’t literally SHUT DOWN OVERWATCH 1 to shove people into the cash shop grind sequel

simple,

Copying my comment from another thread:

Check out www.protondb.com, to see which games work well on Linux. Games that are platinum should work out of the box, ones that are Gold might need some tinkering. Most games work great, but a lot of multiplayer games aren’t supported.

In general gaming on Linux has been a pretty smooth experience lately. Games on Steam usually just work, but IMO running games outside of Steam is pretty hit or miss. They sometimes need following a guide or trying to fix an obscure issue that only like 2 other people have.

So yeah, most games do just work that you don’t have to worry about it too much.
