! Wife took Sophie and went away, the boys were playing nicely, so it was time for some … Indoors, because can’t leave the kids completely unattended…🤡 They were little starts and interrupted me only a few times!🥰 Have to buy a mat because the was dripping on the floor…😂 @cycling @rower

@ssamulczyk mat is a must - I almost made some marks on our floor from sweat when I started indoor 😬 Amazon has one branded “CyclingDeal” that’s around $30 US that has held up for five years and counting here!

@ssamulczyk I just did my first Zwift workout the other day swapping from a Tacx Neo to the Kickr Core and it is SO QUIET in comparison... I dunno how I put up with the whine before!
