What I am searching for is for games that support touch screens and can be played with 1 finger / one hand. No action games with fake joysticks on the screen, just games that work with a single finger or at least one hand while lying in bed and trying to wind down. One very good example is Civilization V, which has a dedicated...
In case you’re out of the loop, the old Steam Deck had Philips screws that screwed into self-tapping plastic holes. This lead to occasional stripped threads and often stripped screwheads....
The only thing is, the refurb market can’t be that great to pay for this change. You might not think it, but changing to better screws and adding the metal threads is crazy more expensive.
I liked how FEAR did it back in the day. The multiplayer was a separate game you could download for free and play. Then, if you liked the game, you could pay for the single player.
For me it’s probably Jazzpunk, but I liked Disco Elysium too. I’ve been looking for something to scratch that “Jazzpunk surrealist comedy itch” for a while and not many games have come even close.
Most of the video games I’ve played were pretty good. The only one I can think of that I didn’t like was MySims Kingdom for the Nintendo DS. Dropped that pretty quickly. It was a long while ago, but I’ll guess it was because there were too many fetch quests and annoying controls.
I am on the cusp of getting my playdate and I am very excited for it! Watching the devs in the community discord work is both inspiring and gets me excited for the creative games that are out for it and that are coming up.
It is not, but the developer that’s working on this has a good reputation from what I’ve heard. The information that steam has makes me think that this is going to be a fairly faithful sequel.
I have a few games that I am playing at the moment, but a lot of them require at least some time commitment once you start a round. I'd like something that I can start now and maybe finish later. Something on the line of Solitaire or https://mergetin.com/ .
I own a Moto G8 Play (with Android 10 installed), and i noticed that over the last months i haven’t been able to play or install various games that i purchased on this very phone (and also games on which i had made in-app purchases)....

Rant: Valve's new Steam Deck screws speak volumes about their ethos.
