The studio behind the Postal franchise just announced that it will be publishing a brand new Postal game, to be developed by Goonswarm Games. Unfortunately, it even more recently announced it would be cancelling said game, due to accusations that Goonswarm had used generative AI in its development.
No way. Postal 4 came out 3 or 4 years ago and was okay, and postal: brain damaged is great, it came out out in 2022. They can still work and be quite fun.
Today’s game is some more Project Zomboid. It turns out who I thought was Cable was actually Carley Mangrove. I had forgotten my friend wanted to try a different build, so Cable is on a “Apocalyptic Bible Cult Retreat”, which explains how he lost all his skills. Anyways, we had gotten Carley a prosthetic, and she looks bad...
Palworld is a AA game, they had outside funding ala Sony, they are not a full indie studio. They are in-between. This is well known.
Edit: This is also not equivalent at all. Have you seen Sony chip in on the Nintendo v palworld case? They don’t have a stake in it even remotely. Pocketpair stands by themselves, them getting funding by Sony is highly irrelevant.
Im not sure you understand how companies work. Which is okay you don’t have to. But Sony, a super company does not actually have a stake in 99% of the things it invests in. It throws money at stuff for a multitude of reasons then wipes it hands. The thing existing at a particular time helps them the money and stakes are irrelevant.
Basically Sony wanted Palworld on Playstation and probably knew pocket pair would fight Nintendo, this gave them a chance to watch from the sidelines. Also Aniplex was a big part of this deal, unsure how much. Sony doesn’t own the ip, and cannot tell pocket pair what to do. These two things are literally mountains apart, since Sony cannot do anything with palworld.
Two days in and already acting a fool. Smh. You are the one who commented on another person’s comment then threw a fit when they rebuked. Skilly behavior pal. Do better.
Nier: Automata, like the final ending. I’ve 100% this game three times and each time I end tearing up, thinking about a world where would could all come together and help eachother, then I look at the news and that dream is immediately shattered.
It’s true. Reviewers rave about a game, I pick it up and play it, and they’re raving about a new one before I’ve finished that last one. I’ve got a list of 20+ games that came out this year that I still haven’t gotten around to. I might get through 5 of them before the new year. And you know, if wouldn’t hurt my...
Bullshit propaganda, sorry not sorry. The problem isn’t too many games, its reviewers overhyping too few games. Gta6, marathon, whatever the heck else, seriously do some basic research and you’ll find great games at a great pace. There is, in fact, room for all games in the market.
Inscriptions on a fired casing read: “notices bulges” capital “O-W-O what’s this?” Inscriptions on the three unfired casings read: “hey fascist!” “catch!” Up arrow symbol, right arrow symbol, and three down arrow symbols. A second unfired casing read: “Oh Bella Ciao, Bella Ciao, Bella Ciao, Ciao, Ciao.” And a third unfired case read: “If you read this, you are gay LMAO.”
So uh… the only people I know that have this humor are furries, or is there another group that speaks like this?

I’m pretty happy with 4.0. They sucked all the features from it, and the missions are having problems. But the game fucking works, finally. Or at least it did during the first 24 hours of the patch. About fucking time.
That being said this whole shake up was clearly a cost saving strategy, since most of 2024 was not the best in term of making money, a LOT of people jumped shit this year, and I don’t blame them. CIG messed up so much this year. They have alot of goodwill to re-earn from the community and 4.0 is a start but only that.
As we can see, there is a small performance hit with NVIDIA App. However, it’s nowhere close to what has been reported. On our PC system, it’s around 4-6%. And that’s mostly in CPU-bound areas. For instance, in Indiana Jones which is a GPU-bound game with Path Tracing, there isn’t any performance hit at all....
This is a conversation about steam, the platform not Gabe. Yes, he is a billionaire, yes that makes him shitty, but guess what? Steam is a fantastic service for the end user, and that’s what matters.
Remember when they made a handheld last year? You know the one that requires the ownership of a ps5? Imagine instead of making that they made this instead? No?
One thing I have struggled with lately is finding good games to play. I bounce around from game to game trying to enjoy it but it just doesn’t scratch the itch like it used to. For example, one of my favorites was old school RuneScape, but it hasn’t really been giving me the same enjoyment that it used to. So then I would...
All of those games you just picked are quite old, watchdogs 2 came out in 2016, these games no longer are the ubishit standard, they are far above it. Plus Ubispft doesn’t make sequels to those games anymore, for whatever reason.
They aren’t listening to their community is what. I play almost daily, and all they fucking talk about is ‘wait for 4.0, it’s going to be so much better!’ But they refuse to fix major problems, performance sucks, and the recent 3.24.2 patch may or may not have borked the game in many ways.
They need to perfect the game that already exists, fix the issues and iron out the code before working on more fucking mechanics. I swear it’s so bad. The article calls Chris a perfectionist, but that couldn’t be furtfrom the truth, he is a dreamer, that says put this amazing thing in then forgets about it and moves on to the next thing overnight. The game will go nowhere until he’s gone.
Edit: fixed a spelling error and added some basic formatting.
