I don’t see in what way having a PSN account would make Horizon Zero Dawn safer on PC.
But I also wouldn’t mind so much if the few PC games I’d buy from Sony were linked to my PSN account as I’ve been a Playstation gamer since the first console.
Still, I wouldn’t want every publisher to require an account to play…
What I find crazy is that on Playstation you got Gran Turismo in 2022 I think and there’ll be no other concurrent until Asseto Corsa Evo in probably 2026.
I’ve already so many hours of going around the Ring in GT7, but I’d really h’love an extension with a new career mode and new trophies until Asseto Corsa Evo.
I have no problem with remakes as long as they aren’t just trying to grab some cash from you without any work.
I’ve really enjoyed the Final Fantasy VII remakes or the Planet of the Apes remakes. Yes they aren’t perfect, but it feels like some passion was put into these projects.
As long as we aren’t just getting remakes, I have nothing against it. And sometimes remakes even have more originality than another generic game.
Could be for some games, but it doesn’t apply to games which had the resume activities and were still exposing you a thousand times to the same screens.
Also, at this point, they don’t know what game mode you’re gonna play so I don’t think they can load much except the general menu.
What I really don’t understand is how crazy it is in 2024 to have to go through the same screen telling you who’s the developer and publisher of the game even after 150 hours of playing time.
I think we should have an option to go to certain parts of the game directly in the welcome screen from your Playstation.
I’ve watched the trailer and it doesn’t look good enough to justify buying the remake I think.
I also fear that I may just be too old for Metal Gear. I used to love them though and I’ve played all of them at least 3 times, except the fifth one which was just a huge disappointment.
I really hope that something gets done about games not being playable anymore. This is really important for the sake of our hobby and clearly not acceptable.
I could understand how multiplayer games would be harder to maintain 20 years after their release, but there is no excuse for solo games.
I love the ps5 controller but I’m now kind of scared about stick drift as one of mine had to be replaced because of it.
The second one doesn’t show any sign of this happening, but I’m not so confident anymore although Sony had never disappointed me before regarding reliability.
It’s crazy because I think this game had people paying more to get it earlier than others.
These people should be highly compensated, like getting some future free games or stuff like this.
I’m not a Ubi Soft hater as I’ve enjoyed some of their games through the years (Watch Dogs 1, Assassin’s Creed 1-2, Splinter Cell), but such things make me understand why people hate them.
