You have a point.

Personally, I was mostly thinking about these options for games developed mostly for consoles.

It’s true that I hadn’t taken into account that some games are developed for pc and downgraded for consoles.

Still, even for such a game I would want the developers to think about their perfect ratio between fidelity and performance.

It’s funny that you enjoy these settings.

Personally I hate these as I’d just want to play the game the way the developers wanted me to play it. I hate that PC influence.

Yeah from what I understand it’s clearly a disappointment. But it’d be a symbol of more to come if it’s released on ps5.

I don’t care if we have to wait a few years after xbox exclusivity, it’d still be nice.

These games are masterpieces and the series could end like this, but I think it’s also possible to bring more closure.

The problem would be if the third one isn’t as good as the other ones, or, worse, if it’s just bad.

I still remember MGS V damaging the idea of one of my favorite game series.

I’d be really happy to play some Xbox exclusives on my ps5! I don’t see any downside to it as long as Sony still has some competition on the console market.

Now, in my head, I’m trying not to think about that game at all when I’m thinking about the MGS saga but it kind of ruined it.

I also said that I might be getting too old and be looking for too much sense in games😅

For instance I now feel bad if I try to kill an innocent pedestrian in cyberpunk 2077 when I didn’t mind killing them for fun when GTAIV was new.

I was also disappointed by red dead redemption 2.

The universe is great but why would I feel bad about bandits not being able to be bandits anymore!? Still there is a lot of potential in that wild west universe.

GTA5. I loved the 4th one but not really liked the 5th one. I guess I can’t understand why you have to be a bad guy in these games and I’m getting too old for that.

Assassin’s Creed after the second one. The plot lost me and I don’t think there is a plot anymore.

MGSV. I loved the first 4 MGS and hated that one as it had no good story…

I really loved the first one and I was thinking about buying the second one one day.

The art direction was really great and it was a big change from AAA games.

The first one was free on the psplus a year ago.

Loved the game but it’s kind of already a movie so you won’t have to change so much to adapt it.

It would still be money into their account even if a subscription model might be better for them. But since, I wouldn’t be subscribing to anything related to Microsoft they would gain less money from me that way…

I would love to play some Gears of War on my PlayStation, but only if you could buy the physical game and not play through a subscription service like GamePass.
