Not to go down a rabbit hole that’s off topic, but I’m generally not offended by Steam’s cut. The platform, advertising, centralizing, hosting, and cloud saves, etc etc, seem like a major benefit, especially for smaller developers, that would allow them to get to market faster, and with a much larger audience.
Still hope it releases in NA soon, unless they plan to do a realm reborn type move I guess.
Edit: back from reading article. “Big update” is rolling out this month, and looks like the 1-year delay from Japan to global will benefit everyone getting the game later this year.
I only had time for 15 min, but I sure hope there’s more to it then walking and watching short clips. There’s more once I get past the “opening”, right?
Just tried playing this on windows PC, legit windows, legit GamePass, and it crashes every 5-15 seconds. Very vanilla/normal install and config of all hardware, etc. Maybe the steam version works better?
I played it a few months ago, before 1.0, and honestly the difficulty pushes me away.
I expected for it to get harder over time, yes, but coming straight out of the tutorial I couldn’t “succeed” on the first real game. Pretty sure I had everything on easy too. Maybe it was the second game, either way.
