I bought mine a couple of months ago. Worth every cent.

Another reason not to buy any Ubisoft game.

Gonna get Hole and finish Forgive me Father 2.

Games were once created by gamers, who had a clear vision. It since became a soulless business and people notice. I think twice before opening my wallet now. I don’t pre-order, don’t spend more on digital gimmick editions and wait for reviews, first. Usually I can wait for sales. The industry’s problems are homemade. But once in a while I find rare gems like Forgive me Father. And I’m happy with that.

Thanks for the tip, but unfortunately it is, yes.

Many thanks for the tips! Graveyard Keeper and Traveler’s Rest look interesting. The rest is pretty much exactly what I don’t want in terms of style haha.

Unfortunately greed is rampant in the PC market, too.

I'm bored and desperately search for a proper game

So, I’ve spent over 2 hours on Steam searching for a nice game to play. But it’s all junk, as far as I’m fed with Steam recommendations. I liked ksp2 1, cities skylines 1, age of empires 2, baldurs gate 3 a lot, I just finished Divinity original sin 2. I like rpgs and management / factory games like workers and resources,...

I think you might like ‘Rogue Trader’, even if you don’t know anything about the 40K universe. Cool story, choices and fights.

Don’t worry too much about not knowing the background lore. The game contextualizes a lot in dialogues and even little mouseovers. But be careful, if you like SciFi, you might fall into the awesomely rich and grim rabbit hole, that is Warhammer 40K.

The Emperor protects.

Random Screenshots of my Games #3 - Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint (lemmy.world)

This is my 5th most played game on Steam, mostly because I’ve played through the campaign solo once, then replayed it with a friend, then re-replayed with another friend. Plus, after the campaign is over, there are daily missions you can complete that change every day, so it’s not like you run out of things to do in-game....

Have you tried Conquest Mode? Changes up things a bit and is definitely my highlight of the game.

Same here. Fortunately it’s PVE and I enjoyed it even more than the story campaign.

I’d like them to give ‘Z’ (Bitmap Brothers) another go.

Thanks so much for all the tips! Sounds like I’ll have to give Stellaris a go, when the next Sale drops.

Bannerlords 2 and the others you all mentioned, sound really interesting, too! Damn, the next Sale’s gonna kill me financially and socially.

If there’s a need for tips, your business model sucks and you should be ashamed of yourself.

If there’s no need for tips, you could just take some of your perverted bonuses or some of that ridiculous amount of money you take out of children’s pockets with micro transactions and show those people some love who did the actual work, you prick. They make millions and millions for you.

What a world we live in where asshats like that step forward and ejaculate their greed into the world and expect applause!

Disgusting.

That made me think of my Sega Game Gear. That was 33 years ago. I recently turned 40 and now I really do feel like an old fart.

Remnant 2

So much cool stuff to do, so many things to try and glorious gunplay. Damn, I fell in love with that game.
