Funny enough, I just finished playing through Paper Mario 64, and you’ve basically described Peach’s chapters. She’s able to pass on messages by way of using another character as a messenger.
The way the game is structured is there’s a mini Peach chapter in between each main chapter, but I think it would have been intriguing if you never actually got to see Mario’s side of the story and only heard about his adventures from the guards, diary entries, etc. Cool idea for a puzzle game!
Can I recommend chiakideck? Playing PS5 games in bed using the steam deck is awesome, if there are any games that you have on console that you don’t want to repurchase
They annoyingly have some proprietary licensing. Cozy Grove 2 was Netflix only. I only have it because my spouse’s comfort show is on Netflix, otherwise it’s going to be gone
Thank you for the in-depth explanation! I’ve wishlisted it and will pick it up when it goes on sale. The art is absolutely beautiful, I can see how it could get haunting and lonely.
I sunk 25 hours into Balatro the first weekend I had it on PC. Also bought the mobile version when it came out, and have put an embarrassing amount of time into it.
