For people in the US, I think you guys have a similar mechanism (at least at state level) which could be used to put this in place called Ballot Initiatives.
I didn’t have many PC games to compare to but I did like it a lot. I love how you could interact with the maps, building things, using the Force, etc… Also how varies the maps were. I have quite good spacial memory so I would remember the journey through the whole map afterwards.
