I don’t think the racing game scene is poor.
There are many cool racing games if you look past AAA titles.

That being said, I don’t play them anymore. I pretty much exclusively play Assetto Corsa.

So true. I distinctly remember instances while playing GTAV with controller in the left hand and mouse in the right. lol
Would love to find a dedicated peripheral that i liked to be used similarly.

You could configure a thumbstick to operate how you want whereas with a board you can never have fully porpotional control.
On top of that, most controllers have directional pads.

Sim drifting on Asetto Corsa is the only “racing” i do these days.

Same and the reviews seem good but not great. Cheap feel, mushy buttons, trigger issues when used long term, and the sticks not being ultra-precise.

Seems like a good controller but if I’m going to buy another one I want to buy a great controller.
