If he would just let people mod the communities that get spammed then that would be a massive improvement, and it would literally only take him a couple of clicks. But instead he keeps himself as sole mod of those forums, so they get tons of spam, ruining kbin's Newest page.
Sounds like not a big problem at all. Seems like they'll just have to use appropriate cleaning methods. Even in the worst case scenario they would probably just have to use food irradiation.
This makes the most sense by far. Owners of a company always pay themselves a salary, and for a tech company with investors I'm sure these people were able to give themselves an extremely high salary. That salary money is legally their money forever no matter how crappy or failed the company's output winds up being. Unless you can prove that an actual crime was committed to acquire that money, then it will remain legally theirs.
Unless there's something I'm not aware of (which is very possible), what you said doesn't make sense. The company was already publicly traded (so no IPO to pump up the numbers for), and none of the recent moves he made increased the stock price.
You can't just cut ties in this scenario. These games are already built on the unity engine, it's not feasible to rebuild it again on a totally different engine, and now unity is going to apply new fees to all these already existing games.
Does your local public library offer audiobook downloads? In some places they do. If not then maybe you can see if you can get a library membership at a different library system that does offer them.
