Relatively new to this but, I finally got my media server up and working! I want to improve the success of the search function though. Is there a way to know if content is on usenet but my indexer is not good enough? I would rather steer clear of torrenting for now. How do I go about finding good indexer?

Specifically torrentbytes on Linux. On Linux mint I can download from other sites no problem but if I click a torrentbytes link, it sits there with no seeders forever. I installed arch and a client as a test and it downloaded no problem. Does anyone know why.? What’s the difference between Linux mint and arch that seems to...

I almost forgot to post this week’s thread! Life has been pretty busy, and will probably going to stay like that for couple of months. So, not getting much gaming time. But thinking about making small gaming goals to keep chipping away at these games....

I already had a cyberghost sub, but decided to try to switch to something better for seeding....

I torrent (on the same PC that I run a Plex server from), but also auto connect on my devices whenever I’m on public wifi, so speed and avoiding blocks/captchas is also important. From what I understand having port forwarding will make a big difference in my torrent transfer speeds and ability to connect to peers....

I have read that depending on the filters you have in uBlock, extensions like Skip Redirect are redundant, how true is this? And in theory, which filters should I activate for uBlock to perform the Skip Redirect function?...
