A friend just did the same thing. My two PS5 controllers I’ve had since the beginning are still fine, luckily. The price tag for the DualSense Edge controllers, which apparently have the hall effect sensors built-in, is absolutely ridiculous. I saw them on Amazon for just under €230. Almost half as much as I paid for the damn console. I don’t know what the guys at Sony smoked, but it was too much.
They seem to explore a different style for each Dragon Age game. I loved the shit out of DA:O and am still sad that no sequel captured the atmosphere of DA:O. But I still enjoyed every DA game. DA:I in particular was a lot of fun, even though it was not Origins. So I am hopeful that I’ll enjoy Veilguard as well.
I just wish I could play DA:O again. But I don’t have a Windows PC anymore.
Yeah. I set up the PS5 next to my work station at home and am on my fourth play through of Cyberpunk. I often play between or even during boring meetings.
I once wrote such a guide for a BBS game. Must’ve been 30 years ago. Man, I wish I could find that again. But I just saw you can play the game online: legendreddragon.net
Which is hilarious, because Zoomers are turning 30 now and when I was actually young people over 30 were just one large group of walking corpses. I am curious to see how long Gen Z will keep this “we are the young ones” shtick up. Gen Alpha is where the actual young people are.
