I never said it was, hell I was one of the biggest pirates in my college, literally ran a NAS on the local network of everything that I had, which at the time was a few TBs of stuff, which in todays terms would have been hundreds of TBs. Myself and a few others supplied basically the entire college with everything you could get at the time…hell even one of us hosted some of the expensive ass books for a lot of the courses.
Depends, most indie games are properly priced, but a lot i will get on sale or through bundles. The amount of games out these days is crazy. My backlog is to the point that I’m sure I’ll have died before i play through them all.
Yea I will say I do wish they had more of an arcade thing for people who hated the controls, just so they could experience the story as it was so damn good.
That’s the whole point of the first game, you’re a scrub. Literally a peasant and that fighting isn’t like in Zelda where you’re a complete badass, nope just a scrub ass peasant who happens to have a sword. That’s why I think this game had such a divide. You either loved it or hated it.
I grabbed it because I can play in pve with friends. We’re all old people now and can’t take the toxic shit that came with the game from hardcore kids who play and fuck over new players. You probably won’t ever see me in high seas, it’s to toxic of a player base unfortunately.
Oof, thanks for the review, I was looking forward to this game but didn’t keep up with it past the trailer. Looks like a solid pass for me. I’ve been enjoying the safer seas from Sea of thieves after grabbing it on sale.
