The issue for me is that most games I buy are way cheaper, (because of steam sales) and the games I enjoy are rarely on gamepass. So I’d be barely saving money and be playing worse games.

You should try hollow knight, its a great metroidvania, and without saying too much the entire game is amazing, just the first zone is a bit boring

The anticheat can read all your files (in the home directory), and see all running processes. It can’t change much about the system, however, if you give it root once, it can keep it.

Playing dark souls one rn, possibly one of the best games I’ve ever played

It feels less polished than the other games, and there’s a bit more bullshit (ie. Boss move with funky timing, or being mobbed my enemies) but it has a lot of charm, a very well done interconnected world, and a story that oddly makes more sense to me than the other games. For the combat, I agree with the other reply

Whilr there’s a lack of polish and some bullshit, Its really not that bad, and the story I actually pretty straightforward, you still need to watch lore videos to deeply get it, but the general story (who you are and where youre going) is pretty straightforward.

I don’t own a ps5, so I’m not 100% sure on the ps5 sync, but there shouldn’t be any issue for that as Sony put out a firmware update to make it work well with pc at one point. But for me with my ps5 controller, it works and pairs flawlessly, and the touchpad on the controller works as a mouse on the desktop.
